Company-driver pay & home time
Understand the confirmed pay model before sharing your profile. The figures below describe company drivers only, and need to be read together with the qualifications and questions for your recruiter.

32% of weekly gross revenue
The confirmed company-driver pay model is 32% of weekly gross revenue. This is a revenue-based model, rather than a published cents-per-mile rate or guaranteed salary. Confirm with the recruiter how weekly gross is defined, which revenue components are included, how statements are provided and when payment is made.
$3,500–$5,000: an indicative weekly range
For company drivers, $3,500–$5,000 is an indicative weekly earnings range. It is not a guaranteed minimum or maximum, an earnings cap or take-home pay. Actual earnings depend on work, load, route and driver arrangement. Do not treat the range as a promise for every week or calculate a guaranteed annual income from it. Discuss taxes and deductions with the recruiter before accepting an offer.
Home time is discussed individually
Home time is agreed individually with the recruiter. Discuss the time in the truck, time at home, departure location and route expectations directly with the recruiter. Many permitted oversize moves are oriented around daylight, but permit and route restrictions vary; that does not guarantee a fixed sleep or work schedule.
Training pay and insurance
The driver receives $500 for a full seven-day week of agreed training. Total duration, availability and payment for partial weeks must be clarified; a driver profile does not reserve a training place. Insurance is offered, but coverage, cost and eligibility are unspecified and should be discussed for the actual offer.
Questions to resolve before a commitment
Ask who the hiring carrier is, whether the arrangement is W-2 or 1099, what deductions apply, how gross revenue is documented, when pay is received and how home time is planned. Request the actual terms before accepting work. Company-driver figures should not be used to estimate owner-operator income or costs; owner-operator work is not currently being recruited.
