CDL-A · COMPANY-DRIVER RECRUITING
Driver requirements & how your experience is reviewed
The driver check helps the recruiting team understand your license, experience and interests. It collects a profile for human review; it does not issue an employment eligibility decision.

CDL-A and honest experience
The current recruiting focus is CDL-A company drivers in the United States. The questionnaire asks whether you currently hold a CDL-A, how long you have driven and what flatbed experience you have. Record your actual status. Beginners directly out of driving school may be considered; the site does not impose a published minimum tenure that excludes their completed profiles from review.
Oversize and extendable flatbed work
Describe whether you have handled permitted loads, the widths you have encountered and whether you are familiar with extendable flatbeds. These questions help recruiters understand experience and training interest. A lack of oversize experience is not an automatic rejection, and a completed questionnaire is not evidence that a driver is qualified for every specialized load.
State, availability and driver arrangement
Share your state, when you could be available and whether you are seeking company-driver work or are an owner-operator prospect. Work starts in Chicago, Illinois; accepted home states, actual routes and schedule must be confirmed with the recruiter. Owner-operator work is not currently being recruited; consented profiles may still be reviewed for future opportunities.
Contact details and consent
A saved driver check requires your consent and confirmed contact details. The recruiting team needs a reliable way to discuss your profile. General FAQ questions can be asked without saving a candidate conversation. Read the privacy notice before submitting and avoid sending license photos, Social Security numbers or other sensitive documents through general chat or email.
What the website does and does not decide
All completed, consented profiles with confirmed contacts go to the recruiting team. Experience can affect internal review priority, but does not determine access to review or make an employment decision. Carrier-specific screening, medical, driving-record, work-authorization or other requirements must be confirmed by the responsible hiring team for the actual position.
