CDL-A beginners & the move into oversize work
You do not need to invent oversize experience to complete a driver profile. Beginners directly out of driving school may be considered, and completed, consented profiles go to the recruiting team for human review.

Tell the recruiter where you are starting
Describe your CDL-A status, driving experience, flatbed background and whether you have handled permitted oversize loads or extendable flatbeds. If you are interested in training, record that interest. The recruiter can discuss whether a suitable opportunity is currently available; the website does not guarantee a training place.
The confirmed training payment
The driver receives $500 for a full seven-day week of agreed training. This is a payment to the driver, not a course fee paid by the candidate. Confirm the total training duration, availability, payment for partial weeks, travel and lodging with the recruiter before making plans. Training pay is separate from the company-driver weekly earnings indication.
Moving into extendable flatbed and oversize work
Specialized hauling calls for attention to load securement, support points, route discipline and the equipment assigned to the load. Oversize permits and movement restrictions depend on the actual route and load. The website’s extendable flatbed demonstration illustrates a principle before loading; it is not an equipment-specific operating procedure or a substitute for authorized training.
What to ask about the training opportunity
Ask who provides and supervises training, where it starts, what equipment is used, how long it is expected to take and what work could follow. Confirm compensation and any costs in advance. Previous experience can guide recruiter review, but the website does not certify a driver or decide whether they may operate a particular load.
