Who may be considered

Experienced CDL-A drivers for extendable flatbed work can describe the work they have handled, including permitted oversize loads and extendable flatbeds. Beginners directly out of driving school may also be considered. A lack of prior flatbed or oversize experience does not automatically prevent a completed profile from reaching recruiter review. Tell us your actual experience; do not treat the website questionnaire as a hiring decision.

The kind of work

The recruiting focus is specialized oversize and heavy haul, including specialized extendable flatbed work with long structural steel, beams, joists and pipe. Load configuration, equipment assignment, route and permit requirements vary. Cinematic equipment on this website is illustrative; it is not a promise of a particular tractor, trailer or load assignment.

Pay and time at home

The confirmed company-driver pay model is 32% of weekly gross revenue. The $3,500–$5,000 indicative weekly range is not guaranteed pay, take-home pay or an earnings cap. Home time is discussed individually. These terms do not describe owner-operator economics. Review the pay guide and ask the recruiter about deductions, taxes, payroll arrangement and the actual schedule.

Confirm the offer before accepting

Ask the recruiting team to identify the hiring carrier, the specific available position, employment arrangement, hiring state and departure location. Insurance is offered, but coverage and eligibility must be clarified. Work starts in Chicago, Illinois. Confirm the hiring carrier, W-2/1099 arrangement and actual home-time schedule directly for your offer.

A profile is the first step

Complete the driver check, provide accurate contact details and consent to saving your profile. Completed, consented profiles with confirmed contact details go to the recruiting team, including beginners. Recruiters review experience and discuss relevant opportunities. Submitting a profile does not guarantee contact, training availability or employment.

Owner-operator prospects

Owner-operator work is not currently being recruited. An owner-operator may submit a consented profile for recruiter review and future opportunities; this does not create a current owner-operator job offer or change the company-driver pay terms.
