OVERSIZE USA

Privacy notice

Updated October 16, 2026 · English

This notice covers the public recruiting website at oversizeusa.com. Oversize USA is the recruiting brand used by its individual operator. For questions about your information, contact oversizeus@gmail.com.

Driver profiles and recruiting contact

When you consent and submit a driver profile, we receive your name, email, phone number, selected language and answers about your CDL-A status, driving and equipment experience, driver type, state and availability. We use this information to review your interest in driver opportunities and contact you about recruiting. Consented profiles may be retained for future recruiting review, including interest in training or future owner-operator opportunities.

A completed profile goes to recruiting review. Experience may affect review priority, but the website does not make an automated employment decision or guarantee a job, a recruiter conversation or available work. Do not submit a Social Security number, identity document, medical information or payment details through the form or chat.

General questions and saved chat

The general FAQ path does not require contact details or consent to create a candidate profile. Your question is processed by the website's service and AI providers to produce a response, but it is not saved as a candidate conversation. Do not include personal information in general questions.

The separate driver-check chat asks for contact details and explicit consent before saving a recruiting conversation. Your contact details, messages, answers, selected language and screening progress are stored with your recruiting profile. The chat uses AI assistance; a recruiting team reviews completed profiles.

Website operation and referral information

The website and its hosting providers process technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. When you submit a profile or use the saved driver check, the recruiting system also receives the page address, referring page and available campaign parameters or click identifiers, such as UTM tags, gclid and fbclid, to understand the source of the inquiry. This recruiting-source information is separate from optional Google and Meta measurement.

Your selected site language is stored locally in your browser. Administrative access uses separate authentication; public recruiting forms do not ask for an account password.

Optional Google Analytics and Meta measurement

Where enabled, the compact cookie panel has one main action: Accept cookies enables optional Google Analytics and Meta measurement together. Closing the panel without accepting keeps optional measurement off. You can reopen Cookie settings and use Turn off cookies to withdraw your choice. The recruiting form and general FAQ remain available without optional measurement.

Our measurement events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, questionnaire answers, chat text or CRM inquiry IDs. For Google Analytics referral reporting, we send only the origin of recognized search or social services, without their page paths or search parameters. Meta measurement is skipped when a page or referring address may contain private information. Google and Meta can still receive technical browser information, IP address, cookie or device identifiers and approved public-page/campaign information. An accepted-profile event measures receipt of a completed profile, not a qualified applicant, hiring decision or employment outcome.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Meta's privacy policy for their handling of data.

Storage and your choices

The website remembers optional measurement choices in local browser storage for up to 180 days. Session storage helps avoid counting the same accepted-profile event twice and remembers when the initial cookie notice has been hidden during a visit. Hiding the notice automatically does not grant optional consent. Provider cookies have their own lifetimes and may be removed through your browser settings. Use Cookie settings in the website footer to change or withdraw your optional choice; the page reloads when necessary to stop previously loaded measurement. This does not erase data already received by providers or delete a recruiting profile.

Recruiting records are held for recruiting review and follow-up; there is no published automatic deletion deadline. You can ask us to review retention of your profile or stop recruiting contact using the email below.

Who processes information

Information is accessible to the authorized recruiting team and service providers that support the website, recruiting database and AI chat. The current services include Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for the recruiting backend, Progressor AI for technical support and OpenAI for AI-assisted chat. Google and Meta receive optional measurement data only when the applicable choice permits it. Providers may process information outside your state or country under their service arrangements.

We limit recruiting access to authorized users and use protected connections. No website or storage system can promise absolute security.

Contact and requests

To ask about access, correction, deletion, retention or stopping recruiting contact, email oversizeus@gmail.com. Describe your request and the contact information used for your profile; do not email identity documents or sensitive identifiers. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your own information. Applicable rights and any retention exceptions depend on your location and circumstances.
